Respectfully, we are pleased to introduce Prologos Law PLLC ("Prologos Law"), a law firm based in Washington D.C., focused on US Federal law and regulations for FDA, USDA, FTC, CPSC, US Customs, and international trade. With extensive legal expertise and decades of global industry experience, we are dedicated to building enduring and value-driven relationships with our clients.

Prologos Law is committed to delivering effective legal services tailored to the needs of regulated industries operating on a global scale. We advocate for clients on policy, regulatory, and administrative matters before government agencies, lawmakers, and federal courts. • Consumer Product and Safety Commission (CPSC)

  • U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)

  • International Trade Commission (ITC)

  • Federal Trade Commission (FTC)

  • US Department of Agriculture (USDA)

  • Federal Maritime Commission (FMC)

  • US Court of International Trade (USICT)

The Story

Unlike other law firms, our journey began with science and senior management roles within FDA-regulated industries. With extensive experience in highly regulated environments, our deep understanding of law, regulations, and science has become a strategic asset, enabling us to integrate responsible leadership, compliance, and corporate growth effectively.

This expertise has now been channeled into Prologos Law, giving us a competitive edge in the demanding field of regulatory law and international trade. As a boutique firm, we offer high-quality, industry-experienced legal services at reasonable rates, distinguishing ourselves from larger firms where partner-level charges often apply to work done by junior staff.

Why the name Prologos? “Logos" is a term used in philosophy, psychology and rhetoric. It appeals to rational discourse that relies on inductive and deductive reasoning. Aristotle first systemized the usage of the word, making it one of the three principles of rhetoric alongside ethos and pathos. Applied to a professional environment, the prefix "Pro" alluding "Professional" was added while giving birth to Prologos Law PLLC.

Yours truly,

Robert (Rob) Guzman, Esq, LLM, PE
